I put together a one-of-a-kind mod for this gentleman. There was a lot of blood, sweat and tears on this project (and some outside help from friends, especially Matt Buchwald and Aaron Gottuso). In the end, he was very gracious and put together these videos showing it off and promoting my services.

Amelia’s birthday cake! She asked for a Pokemon Dialga cake, which is very specific! Carrie baked the cake and did the icing and I did the decoration on top. Teamwork! This was my first foray into Fondant, and it was difficult but I really enjoyed it.
